Support Requests: If you contact us, we may collect your email address and any other information you provide.

1.2 Non-Personal Information

Device Information: Includes your device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app usage statistics.
Analytics Data: Anonymous data about how you interact with the App, such as the frequency and duration of use.

1.3 Uploaded Content

The text you upload to the App is processed through and stored on our secure Australian servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the App’s functionality.
Process payments for Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Deidentified information is no longer considered personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We may share deidentified information with trusted research partners such as researchers, universities, or evaluators. This information helps us understand how people use the App, measure impact, improve features, and support projects that make information more accessible.

We will never sell your personal information. We will only share deidentified information for the research purposes described in this policy.

If you do not want your deidentified information to be included in research, you can contact us at help@makeiteasy.com.au and we will stop using your future data for these purposes. This will not affect any deidentified information already shared.
